NASA Space Camp –

            The real challenge here is in choosing a camp program. NASA offers several and they are all packed with fun!

Space Camp is designed for 9-11 years olds and has programs for 3 and 6 day stays.
Space Academy is for 12 -14 year olds and has programs lasting for 6 and 8 days.
Advanced Space Academy is for ages 15-18 and offers 6 and 13 day programs.
Parent/Child Camp is designed to give the parent and a child an overview of the U.S. Space Programs. This is a three day program offered on weekends.
Adult Programs – Admit it! You’ve always wondered what it would be like to be an astronaut. Now you can actually train like one, including scuba diving training. This is as good as it gets! 3 and 6 day camps are available for adults.
Educator Camps – Located in the U.S. Space and Rocket Center’s Educator Training Facility this program offers educators many exciting programs from which to choose.
Corporate Programs – Corporate Space Camp and Corporate Space Challenge offer you the opportunity to put on a space suite or the flight suit of a fighter pilot and take the challenge! Classes are for 1 to 7 days in length.
Day Camps – Several Day camps are available throughout the year. The programs change so check with NASA for further information.
Special Programs are offered for the blind and deaf. These are group programs (12 or more to a group) and must be registered in advance. For more information:

Kennedy Space Center Camp -

            The Kennedy Space Center also has camping experiences for young and old alike.
Lunch with an astronaut – Held once daily, the Lunch with an Astronaut program gives you the chance to have a delicious lunch with one of NASA’s best. You’ll hear tales of their experiences in space and be able to get their autograph too! 
ATX – An authentic Day of Mission simulation and exploration for the individual or for the whole family. Corporate ATX adventures are also available.

Space Center Houston –

            Located at the NASA Space Center in Houston, Texas, this facility has special programs for children, families and adults. For children they offer special programs for schools, Boy/Girl Scout Troops, home taught children, as well as overnights and Scout Camp-ins. Special programs are offered for teachers as well as an educational outreach program.

Astronomy Camp –

            Located at the Catalina Observatories near Tucson, Arizona, and is sponsored by the University of Arizona’s Alumni Association. The camps are offered for teens and adults. These camps emphasize hands-on experience and do not require any prior background knowledge.
