Badia a Coltibuono –

            Founded by Lorenza de Medici over 20 years ago Badia a Coltibuono offers one, three and weekly cooking courses taught by Guido Stucchi Prinetti. Cooking with Giuliano Hazan –

            Classes are one week long and the number of participants is limited. Each class lasts for five hours and culminates with a dinner composed from the dishes made during the afternoon.
