Maori Tours –

            Maori Tours is owned and operated by Maurice and Heather Manawatu. The Manawatus are indigenous people of New Zealand and  members of the Tangata Whenua (people of the land) and decedents of the Paikea “The Whale Rider”. The Manawatu offer you the life changing experience of immersion in the Maori culture while learning more about New Zealand and its long history. Tours are half a day (approximately 3.5 hours) and are limited to 10 guests. For larger groups please make arrangements in advance.
